The configuration all looks fine.
At this point, it's very likely one of two things.
1 - the traffic isn't getting to your WAN IP somehow, or
2 - the traffic is getting through, but isn't being returned.
for 1, enable logging on all the pass rules on your WAN, try to use
the HTTPS, and see if you get anything in your logs. If not, I'd look
ahead of m0n0wall for filtering, like a perimeter router or something.
for 2, is the default gateway of that x.x.x.2 machine set to
m0n0wall's LAN IP?
