Yup, I've used one in a Dell PE750 (onboard Pro/1000MT and Pro/1000CT) with
an additional Quad Pro/1000MT
All the m0n0wall 1.2betas worked fine. I've not yet loaded 1.2stable but I
doubt there will be any issues.

The card has worked wonderfully for the last two months.

Brandon,

Subject: [m0n0wall] Intel PRO/1000 MT Quad Port in m0n0

Hi All

Has anyone successfully used the Intel PRO/1000 MT Quad Port adapter
based on the 82546EB chipset in m0n0wall?

I noticed the 82546EB chipset is NOT supported in FreeBSD-4.11 as per
this link (see link below)

http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=em&apropos=0&sektion=4&manpath=Free
BSD+4.11-stable&format=html

But this page says otherwise

http://www.freebsd.org/releases/4.11R/hardware-i386.html#ETHERNET

Just a little confused

Thanks guys.

Mark
