What he means is to disallow concurrent logins from the same username.

There's an option in my images (actually it comes from Paul Taylor)
which gives what he wants.

Enable the option in captive portal GUI: Disabled Concurrent Logins

There is option Disable MAC filtering, if you need more IP for one
MAC. This is neccessary if wifi clients are not passing MACs.
