Today put a fixed version online:

Contains PHP 4.4.1 (cgi instead cli this time)
Contains a bugfix for the element manager which gave an error on booting
when no element config was present in the xml config.

It can be downloaded @ http://inf.imelda.be/downloads/m0n0wall/
