Subject:  Fwd: [m0n0wall] Forwarding PPTP vpn clients to a W2k3 server
 Date:  Tue, 8 Nov 2005 08:41:34 -0500
John,

m0n0wall v1.2 stable

I have the VPN-PPTP>Configuration tab set to "Redirect incoming PPTP
connections to:" with the LAN ip for the w2k server setup with Routing
and Remote Access. No additional settings in m0n0wall. The w2k server
is configured as a domain server with DHCP/WINS/DNS. When a remote
client tunnels in, this server hands out the IP address and network
configuration. PPTP permissions as configured via group access
policies.

In my case m0n0wall is not the DHCP server, w2k is.
