I really do not think this is a Mm0n0 thing.  I have 7 boxes running in 
hotels, and clubs. (All are running 1.2 or JDG1.2radius)  None have this 
issue, and I have no control over the client PC's.  All are running captive 
portal.  If you want you can post your config file...
