MAC filtering on 1.2b6

I have the wireless side working on 1.2b6 with wep fine.
I'd rather filter by MAC and kill the wep (incompatable with one of my
devices)
What is the best way to do this..  A step a step by step would be best..
Running a mini-pci card (ath0) redefined as "wireless" on a WRAP board..
