 Subject:  Register DHCP leases in DNS forwarder - Breaks DNS

When I enable the "Register DHCP leases in DNS forwarder" switch, the 
DNS forwarder stops responding completely.  I'm not really sure how to 
even start troubleshooting this, anyone have any clues or suggestions?
