How do I generate the "key" portion of the SSL cert?  I have never
needed to generate a "Key" whey creating Certificates before.  Of course
that may be because I use MS's silly Windows certificate services.

Could someone give me some pointers here. I want to generate an SSL cert
for captive portal use.  I don't care if the browser complains about the
certificate.
