Quick and easy solution is to not use it and go for something more
reliable like an Intel 10/100 nic :-)
Have heard Realteks can be problematic, although I have used one with
m0n0 and it worked ok for me.
Are there any settings for the NIC in the BIOS that you can try modifying?
