yup, should just be able to change them to fxp0, fxp1, and fxp2 in
your config, restore the config, power down, swap the NIC's, and power
up.

The trick might be knowing which NIC is which.  On a typical ATX form
factor board, the card closest to the PS/2, serial, USB, etc. ports
will be fxp0, the next closest one fxp1, and the furthest fxp2.  If
you have a weird motherboard, that might be different.
