I have the same problem here. I can connect from my Linux box but my 
colleagues on WinXP can't go through. I get the same strange "LCP: 
parameter negociation failed" message. I normally reboot the firewall 
and tell them to reboot their computers and it usually work after that.

It looks like MSFT CHAP v2 fails to be initialized, I don't know what 
could cause random failures like that.
