Joyeux Noel (my native language) and Sawatdee 'Kitmat' (phonetic Thai,
of course no local equivalent to Christmas so that's just the way it's
pronounced here :-) to you all.

No snow here! but "close" ;-) a suprisingly cold Christmas, with
temperatures dropping below 20C at night and remaining well below 30C
during daytime. For here, it's *really* cold.
