You can only have 1 WAN nic with m0n0. I do not think you can have 2
ip addresses for the openVPN...I have not used openVPN but have used
pptp / ipsec in m0n0.
I would suggest using the WAN ip for VPN, and set up the other IP for
for a DMZ setup for your servers.
