After upgrading 7 Generic PCs and 3 Net48 boxes, all is working well with 
one exception.  In order to get my IPSEC Tunnels to come back up, I had to 
switch from "main" to "agressive".  Everything else upgraded without any 
problems and so far seems to be working fine.
