its dead on for me in CST (GMT-6)
Is everything but the hour off, everything else is synced right? Then
it would be a time zone issue not a sync issue.. Try going into the
bios.. setting the time and date to a few days ago then boot up and
see if it syncs up.. If its stil an hour off it is syncing just not
with the proper timezone
