Speaking of half duplex, i certainly know how to force full duplex on the
Cisco switch that the m0n0wall is attached to, but how do i force my Intel
Pro 100 or 1000 card to full duplex within my m0n0wall-based PC?

That's not even close to a "lot". That's 0.1% of total packets, which
is very much normal, and within spec, for a half duplex connection.
