Hmm essentially what I'm forced to do is connect to a web site through a
vpn.  I haven't thought about this but... how about adding a lan of a
different address and adding route between the two:

192.168.50.0 -- virtual link -- 10.0.50.0 +
                   NAT                    |
                                      monowall
                                          |
                                      Internet
                                          |
              198.162.241.51 -- 64.x.x.19 +
