Are these errors anything to be concerned about or is it just raccon
telling me it's changing firewall rules?

The tunnel still doesn't work but...  Actually I'm not sure why it is
setting anything on 192.168.50.x because that isn't even part of the
tunnel configuration.  The tunnel is between 10.31.50.x and the remote
point.
