Hello, for the moment i have find this workaround: assign 3 ethernet to the firerwal, 2 vmxnet and 1 vlance for webadministration. Go to http: //yourfirewall/exec.php and type this 2 command: - upload the vmxnet.ko from the vmware tools for freebsd - now, load the module kldload -v /tmp/vmxnet.ko In the interfaces now you have vnx0 and vnx1, configure you firewall to use this interfaces for lan and wan. I think is possibile to insert the module in the m0n0 kernel, but i don't know how. Bye P.S. I write this message on the mailing list to try to help anybody have this problem. ----Messaggio originale---- Da: invisibel. one at gmail dot com Data: 12-gen-2006 1.43 PM A: "liston at tin dot it"<liston@tin. it> Ogg: Re: [m0n0wall] m0n0wall and vmware Liston, I have the same problem and I have send the mail blow tomorrow to m0n0wall-dev… So, I'm the one of the many people like to use vmxnet network with m0n0wall.. Please inform me too…. _______________ invisibel.one invisibel.one to m0n0wall-dev I use M0n0wall more then a year on VMware ESX with vlance(10MB full) network driver and I want to use vmxnet network driver (100/1000MB) instead of vlance. Is it possible M0n0wall to provide with VMWare vmxnet driver?
