OK, it's working after I allowed outgoing tftp (udp port 69) from the LAN.

But, the default rule allow everything from the LAN (all ports, all protocols).
So, I don't understand why I have to add seperate rule for tftp.

Unless the default rule contain some hidden limitation, and doesn't allow all.
