Like the attribute name imposes:

SESSION timeout. Considering having only this attribute the user is
supposed to have the ability to login again directly after being
disconnected.

But it can be that the user account terminate but that depends on your
particular radius setup.

With the session timeout variable.. can the user immediately reconnect

the server after the session times out?
