Block rule is not working for me, anyone else come a crossed a problem
blocking IP's?

No matter what order I placed the rule in, it did not work for me.
Traffic was still able to pass. He is an example of a rule I did.

	Proto	Source	Port	Destination	Port	Description


	* 	192.168.0.133 	* 	* 	* 	deny me


I have tried both Inbound and Outbound of both interfaces.  Something I
did wrong?  Hardware is a net4501 , software: pb24r585
