I have the same problem (using 1.2B7 on WRAP board), connecting from the
WAN side. I can on the other hand connect with pptp client from the
LANside connecting to 192.168.1.1(LAN adress M0n0wall).
My PPTP-VPN Rule shows;
Proto Source Port Destination Port Description
* * * * * Default PPTP -> any
And yes i did disable "block private ranges on wan".
I still use 1.2b7 because i want use my WLAN wich is not recognized by 1.21.
Although there seems to be a problem with my wireles clients as well.
They don't get an adress from the LAN DHCP server. Bridged wth LAN is
enabled. My other WAP directly connected to the LAN works fine.
Sorry fot the intrusion but any help with that would also be highly
