Through the GUI? No.
Through the CLI? Yes, but probably would be difficult to make work
properly (antispoofing and NAT rules will probably cause issues).
You should virtually never have two IP subnets on the same broadcast
domain, as it's sloppy, poor network design. Hence it isn't something
you should do anyway, regardless of how difficult or easy it is to
accomplish.
