I've been through my fair share of CF boot problems. You may want to try a Transcend memory module. It is the only device I was able to get working on certain motherboards. They are inexpensive, were recommended by others in the forum, and have worked well for us in production systems ever since. You can find them here: http://www.transcendusa.com/Products/ModDetail.asp?ModNo=26&LangNo=0 -----Original Message----- From: Glenn E. I have an IDE <> CF card reader, and a 16mb cf card in there.. I have written the img to the card. When I have it in the system to boot, I get a message that no boot device exists. I have tried all of the IDE ports, cable ports, and jumper settings on the card.. no go.. If anyone has any ideas, or if I am missing something, any help would be apreciated. Thanks Glenn |
