You would need to post your config.xml, sanitised of course.
A possible/probably reason could be the order of your filters
Can't say for certain without looking at your configuration.

Hello, I have a m0n0, and I saw that there are several
open ports (port scanning from outside), like for
example: 25, 80, 110, 119, ...
I have the default configuration, and I just add a
rule that permit traffic from Internet towards port
4662 (emule port), and nothing more.

I don't understand how several ports that I never
enabled are open.
