Hi guys!
  I think that the Junior Gillespi's idea (the DSHAPER feature) is so usefull.
  It prevents users from waste bandwith for example with programs p2p, uploading files all time (you
know that taking so much upstream capacity, decreces the downstream too because of the ACK packets).
  
The only doubt i have is what happen if some guy changes his IP address intentionally to free his
bandwidth account (the mono has not a static IP assignment method).
