 Subject:  blocked outgoing legit traffic

Does http://doc.m0n0.ch/handbook/faq-legit-traffic-dropped.html apply
to outgoing traffic? I assumed that this would only apply to incoming
but I am getting outgoing traffic blocked.

rl0 is my LAN interface. I just have the default LAN rule up which is
to allow all traffic out. However some traffic is being blocked.

In my log file I have
10:49:14.249470 rl0 @0:17 b 192.168.10.101,2260 -> 80.239.170.198,80
