Some question about Static routes

Hi

My allover Network is as follow:

Internet -- (IP from ISP) Router (GW: 192.168.1.1) -- (Static IP: 192.168.1.10) MonoWall (NW:
10.201.130.0/24; GW: 10.201.130.1)

Now my question is, should I configure a static routes to get trough the router?
