Site to site VPN dynamic IP -> static IP

Hi,
is it possible to build a site to site VPN between two m0n0s ?
Still now i have only buid VPNs with static IPs and dynamic VPNs for 
single Clients and i can't bring it together.
Every idea is welcome.
The corresponding parts from both config.xml would be helpful
