Ca't acces DMZ from Lan over Public IP or Dyndns

I've got a Apache2 installed in the DMZ. Did a portforwarding tcp/upd 80
from WAN to DMZ. I can access the webserver from a computer in the
internet.
From Lan i can access the webserver trough the internal ip, but not with
the public ip or Dyndns hostname.
Wich rule i have to add to get it to work ?
