You might look at "WallWatcher" ..... I think this
will provide you
with the interactive logging, but the the rule
nail-up and tear-down.

Hi,
not directly on the m0n0wall.
You have to use a syslogserver and then you have
to configure the 
syslogserver to respond on this event.
