To get this one into "bridge" mode, you have to hard-reset it (push/hold a button?) then start talking PPPOE at/through it. If, instead, it sees a DHCP request, it assume its supposed to be in "router" mode and it uses it's configs from flash to setup the WAN site then starts handing out private addresses internally.
