PPTP and resolving WINS

I have setup PPTP to use Radius on my windows 2000 box.  However I cannot seem to resolve windows
with just the name such as fileserver.  If I use the FQDN such as fileserver.network.com it works,
anybody have a solution to get WINS working through PPTP on Monowall.
