wireless features and traffic accounting

Hello there,
Why does m0n0wall have not any per ip accounting system...
for example IPA is a very powerfull accounting system with simple rulez 
and why don't you switch to FreeBSD 6.0 where wireless support is much 
much more improved ...basicly a home router can be done in a few minutes 
but wireless AP with accounting traffic shaping and etc. is a bit harder...
