I just discovered another chink in my armor. I have a few users that
connect with PPTP. They are able to flood out the bandwidth reserved for
the IPSEC VPN tunnels. How do I separate them? Are they GRE?

If so, is GRE used for IPSEC too?

Thanks!
Andy
