Hello all,

I seem to be confused about speed terminology, and I was hoping that 
someone could clear this up for me.

Traffic graph shows a download around 900Kbps
Windows is downloading this file at a reported speed 106 KB/Sec

Internet provider says speed is 1.5Mbps (auto splits b/w upload and 
download)

I am trying to set the traffic shaper speeds. I have

Upload - 500KBit/s
Download - 900KBit/s

Do I have my speeds set correctly? My head is spinning!
