A few days ago I sent a message to the list asking for help with a 
problem I was having with the DNS forwarder.  Did anyone have any ideas 
about the best way to solve it?  Does anyone know if the DNS forwarder's 
ability to manually define hostname to IP address mappings is done 
though the hosts file, or some other method?
