Optimum traffic shaper upload/download rate

Hi All,

Is there a certain rule for setting the upload/download size in the 
traffic shaper?

I am installing a m0n0wall router for Internet gaming - 20 computers. 
The line is ADSL 1.5/256.

Do I just put 1500 download and 256 upload or should I put smaller numbers?
