No, a software package of some sort that can do deeper inspection of
PPTP and NAT it properly.  This would be something that runs on
m0n0wall.

As far as I know, nobody has ever tried to implement something like
this in m0n0wall.  Frickin PPTP proxy would be one example of software
that should be able to do this.
