I configures VLANs in monowall but not it works.
They told me that has a bug in that function.
it is true?

You have to go to https://<m0n0wall>/interfaces_assign.php and assign the 
VLANs to a physical interface.  After that you will have the normal 
interface options including IP, DHCP, rule assignments, etc.
