Thanks, Anders & Klaus - the problem was indeed a duplicate IP address,
although not on the PIX.  I'm not sure where the duplicate was coming
from, but switching my WAN address fixed it.

If so, It does not work. You must have different IP's.

Sounds like an ARP problem. Typically duplicate IP address.
