No way to look in a locked box.  However, you can narrow it down.  Get 
the Ultimate Boot CD from sourceforge, and make sure your RAM is 
solid.  Change hardware to test.  In almost all cases, it is bad 
memory or power.  In a very small number of cases it seems to be 
something else.
