I found some times ago http://www.zeroshell.net .
still 25. june the betaversion is available, linux based and GPL
I have running it in a virtualmachine and it works perfectly together 
with the m0n0wall (Certificates, Radius, Syslog).
In the moment there is no documentation available, so you need a little 
bit experience, courage and try and error.
Imho it is a perfect addition to m0n0wall.
