 no, you can't. you can use trixbox instead, it is asterisk on CentOS 4.3,
just place your asterisk box in your lan and open some udp port in your
monowall for asterisk use i.e.,

UDP Port 5060-5082
UDP Port 10000 - 20000 <---- voice media streaming
