I  recompiled the current mono (1.22) with the ZNB drivers for my
nokia - seems to work fine. Let me know if you would like a copy.

Also, I had a bad 4 port card that *appeared* to work, but wouldn't
send packets properly. But the drivers, etc. So don't completely
discount hardware problems.
