It would be nice if we could manually force DHCP Options for global DHCP 
setting or for 1 specific entry

I personally need tftp-server-name right now and I can't do it.

All DHCP Options are identified by a number, so why not just give a 
dropdown of known number and then let people specify a Option DHCP 
Number and the value.

I am sure alot of people would like that
