I humbly stand corrected.  Question, does PFsense support Virtual Routing and Forwarding?  I didn't
think it did.

Well, actually thats not fully true. You can have an VRF aware router combined with vlan tagged
switches running the same L3 network ranges without any problem (a normal switch is unaware of l3)
