What were you using for a router/firewall previous to m0n0?  And the upload was OK with that I
assume?  What do you use for a dsl modem?

It's a little bit faster but not much.

Download: 5.578 kbit/s - (697 kByte/s)
Upload:   59 kbit/s    - (7 kByte/s)

The funny thing is when i using my ISP proxy (netcologne):

Download: 2.518 kbit/s - (315 kByte/s)
Upload:   240 kbit/s   - (30 kByte/s) - still too slow

It's really really strange, isn't it?
